Children and Teen Yoga Fun Classes with Eva Muraca
ATTCH is thrilled to offer yoga for children and teens! One of the best approaches for regulating the body and mind simultaneously is yoga (Levine & Kline, 2007). Benefits of yoga for your child / youth:
We all learn best in a state of calm arousal yoga teaches us what our body feels like in a relaxed and calm state. In addition to being a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher Eva is trained in Yoga Dance and knows how to make classes a fun experience for all ages!
Current class offerings:
Children ages 7 - 12, Saturdays form 11:30 - 12:30
Youth ages 13 - 18, Wednesday evenings from 4:30 - 5:30
Wee Yoga Fun, ages 3-6 - date to be determined pending interest.
