The Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH) Niagara is pleased to announce that we received a Resilient Communities Fund grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to hire a marketing coordinator and increase our Clinical Director’s hours.
One of the goals of this grant is to create marketing materials and resources that will help ATTCH Niagara to have an established brand and an increased and more broadly known presence within the Niagara Region. The other goal was to provide increased staff support by increasing our clinical directors hours to allow for increased supervision, mentorship and training of staff and students to promote wellness and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
At ATTCH Niagara we do important but complex work and helping the broader community to become more aware of the work we do and also supporting our therapists in wellness are goals that are pivotal to our continued success.
