ATTCH Niagara gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the David S. Howes Fund at the Niagara Community Foundation (NCF), which is a public foundation serving the people of Niagara since 2000. NCF connects donors to communities and charities to resources through permanent endowment funds, providing grants to eligible charitable organizations in culture, health education, environment, recreation and social service sectors. NCF turns intention into impact. ATTCH Niagara is grateful to announce that we have received funding to support to reducing harm associated with long wait times for mental health therapy and promoting therapist wellness. This funding provides a full-time neurofeedback practitioner position to allow clients on our waitlist access to neurofeedback while awaiting therapy and also provides access to neurofeedback for our therapists and staff to promote wellness and prevent burnout.  We are so grateful for this funding support and look forward to reviewing the results post-implementation.  Below Sam, one of our neurofeedback practitioners, shares a little about her experience providing neurofeedback at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
