Meridian Credit Union Family Fun & Wellness Day
We are pleased to share we will be holding our annual Family Fun and Wellness Day, sponsored by Meridian Credit Union June 18, 2022 from 10:00 - 4:00 at Montebello Park. This event will focus on promoting connection, wellness, and fun for individuals and families. This is particularly important after the increased isolation experienced by so many during the pandemic. We hope you can join us in coming together for a day of fun in nature!
Come join us next Saturday June 18 from 10-4 for a day of fun, wellness and connection at Montebello Park. We will have yoga, jumbo lawn games, face paining, food, music based activities, live music, puzzles and games, diffuser bead / aromatherapy bracelet making, a fire truck, a grape harvester tractor, vendors, a bouncy castle, a silent auction and penny sale table and lots of fun activities for all ages! AND a visit from Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog from 12-1!

10:00 Welcome & Opening Remarks
10:30 Sound Healing Gong Bath with Kundalini Yoga lead by Lisa Scadolari from Lisa's Yoga
11:30 - 12:00 we will have a group music based activities lead by Laura Cowel-Belet, R.P., Registered Music Therapist from Major Progressions. Laura is also completing her Clinical Internship with ATTCH Niagara and will be there to speak to our services throughout the day as well.
12:00 - 1:00 Princess Tiana from the Princess and the Frog will be visiting from Party Perfect Events Niagara
1:00 Hatha Yoga with Carol Cowan
Live Music with Sam Koabel from 12:00-3:00
We have some big rigs on site too, a firetruck from the City of St. Catharines Fire Department and a Grape Harvester from Lakeview Vineyards Equipment these are always a favourite to see up close!
We will have all day fun with a jumbo lawn games, board games, bracelet making with Jillian from Healing Stones for Wellness, jigsaw puzzles with Visiting Angels, face painting, vendors and a bouncy castle from Niagara Inflatables.
Featured vendors include @Healingstonesforwellness beautiful diffuser bead / aromatherapy jewellery and Little Ginger Cub specializes in adorable, high-quality and affordable boutique baby items for your little blessing.
