Facilitated by Melanie, Clinical Intern Therapist
This workshop consists of 6, one-hour sessions held on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 starting on March 21.
Please register below.
The facilitator will provide education around the idea of self-compassion, the importance of mindful self-love, and how to foster it. Participants will use art, visualization, mindfulness, and discussion to develop a deeper understanding of self-compassion, barriers to treating ourselves with kindness, and how to incorporate self-compassion into our daily lives.
We are grateful to be able to offer this series free of charge due to the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation Resilient Communities grant.
We look forward to seeing you!
