The impacts of our early life experiences are far reaching and serve as a powerful template for how we will perceive and relate to others late run life. This workshop will provide insight into how to assess adult attachment, how this may present at an emotional and behavioural level, and how to create meaningful change.
Through this training participants will gain an awareness of:
- what attachment wounding looks like
- assessment activities
- strategies to increase awareness
- treatment strategies to promote healing and compassion for self
