This experiential workshop will provide insight into the powerful healing benefits of journalling. Techniques for expression, empowerment, and disarming of protective screens and scripts no longer needed will also be provided. This workshop will speak to the neurological impact journalling has on promoting integration. This is a very hands on experiential workshop that will provide you lots of opportunities to process, reframe, and work towards healing with your clients in session.
